The ideal radiology workstation just got better.

In Anthro’s flagship Carl’s Table CT12, you get a reading workstation with electric height and tilt control at the push of a button; program your preferred sitting and standing positions into the table and it resets to you in seconds. The Monitor Control System moves the entire bank of up to four displays up and down, forward and back, with electric control; add additional displays and adjust them independently. The Adaptive Lighting System shines light on the privacy screen, and the ambient light adjusts the light behind the displays to maintain the appropriate contrast ratio to the image on the screen, relieving eye strain.

Carl's Table CT12 Features

  • Convenience features include twin dimmable LED task lights, cooling fans that keep air moving in front of your displays so you stay fresh, and an easy-to-clean worksurface pad that’s both comfortable against your arms and keeps items in place when the table is tilted.

  • The front worksurface is 23.5" deep to completely support your forearms, relieving strain on your shoulders and neck. The surface is 58" wide, plenty of space for keyboard, mouse, voice system, and charts. The keypad on the right side of the worksurface adjusts the table’s height (28”-48”) and tilt (0-15 degrees). This is also where you program your preferred height and tilt. The table records up to 100 settings so you spend just seconds setting the table.

  • CT12’s safety system stops the table’s motion whenever it senses an obstacle. Sensors are located under the center of the table, under the coffee surface, and under each CPU holder.

  • The padded, fabric-covered privacy panels on CT12 are a full 28” high. They reduce noise by up to 35% for clearer dictation and fewer distractions.

  • Route cords and cable’s through CT12’s cable management system to be sure that they’re long enough to reach through the table’s entire range of motion.

  • CT12 provides three power strips with fourteen total outlets to power your equipment. Use the covered back cable bin to protect and conceal all your cords and cables.

  • This powered 3-port USB hub provides desktop connectivity for all your devices.

  • The front ‘Coffee Surface’ extends all the way to the front of the station, and it stays level even when the table is tilted, so it’s a great place for your phone or the all-important cup of Joe.

  • The right chair makes all the difference. Choose one from Anthro that supports your head, neck, shoulders, and forearms to reduce strain on your body and keep you energized. Although we don't make these chairs, we've tested them all and can say without hesitation that they meet Anthro's requirements for quality and comfort. See all our chairs in Anthro’s Spec Guide.

  • With Anthro, you get more than great radiology furniture – you get a partner who understands how to make your reading room as productive and comfortable as it can be. When Anthro is your partner, you receive free space planning, assistance meeting your compliance requirements, plus delivery and installation choices that fit your project and your timeline.

  • Carl’s Table CT12 is the most advanced radiology workstation to date, a workspace that helps radiologists be as productive as possible. The table adjusts electrically so radiologists can work comfortably sitting, standing, and reclining. Users program their preferred table height and tilt into the system, then call up their preset at the beginning of their session and they’re reading images in seconds. The Adaptive Lighting System automatically senses the brightness of the image on the display and adjusts the table’s ambient light to maintain the appropriate contrast ratio, reducing eye strain. Electric height and depth controls move the entire array forward and back, up and down, to reach the optimal focal depth and height. And an Anthro Field Service Engineer travels to each site to oversee installation of your table and provide personal fittings for each radiologist so they get the most from the table.

  • With the Cable Management System, move the table to any position and the cords stay plugged in and equipment stays in place.

  • Anthro's White Glove Delivery

White Glove Delivery & Custom Fitting Included! Anthro handles each CT12 & CT03 order with kid gloves, from the time it leaves our dock until it’s up and running in its reading room. The table is packed in a custom-designed crate that protects the table during transit. An Anthro Field Service Engineer meets the shipment at the site dock, delivers it to the reading room, assembles the table, and works with IT staff to install all the equipment. Best of all, we provide personal fittings for each doctor to show them all the features of the table and how they work. We’ll even help them program their preferred sitting, standing and reclining positions!

  • “ Carl’s Table is not the same animal as its competition. It really takes body mechanics into account… Obviously, all radiologists sit for long periods of time reading cases. So if you can easily change from sitting to standing and back again, it increases both your comfort and productivity… Simply put, Carl’s Table is the only workstation that addresses my personal safety.”

    Dr. Trautwine
    Austin, TX.

  • Most often, the furniture usually needs to accommodate more than one body type and size. “We have to make sure that the workspace is customizable to each individual,” Garcia says. “The Anthro tables aren’t just adjustable for height, but also for tilt and lighting. Once we deployed these types of desks and chairs, most of the physical complaints pretty much dissipated.”

Dennis Garcia, Imaging Informatics Operations Manager
    UCLA Medical Center

  • There has been a definite reduction in fatigue as well as back problems since our radiologists started using the Carl's Table and Verte chairs. Customer support is great at Anthro also. The install/service tech was wonderful at our installs. He is extremely knowledgeable and strives to make the customer happy and satisfied with the products.

    Teresa C.
    Women’s Diagnostic Center, Louisville, KY.

  • “In all my dealings with suppliers over the years, I have NEVER had such outstanding customer service from any supplier I have ever dealt with. I believe you will be making an excellent decision if you decide to work with Anthro, and I cannot recommend them more highly.”

    Kathryn Dunne
    Ophthalmic Technologies

  • So many companies have forgotten what GOOD customer service is all about - Anthro has not. What a relief it is to deal with people who can do their jobs with common sense, courtesy, and professionalism - all without working from a script!” Thanks again for the excellent customer service!
